Next week will be a busy week for me to settle all my teaching stuffs for the new trimester. Cepatnyer dah masuk! Haihhh....
Alright, I took another 3 days 'emergency leaves" after CNY, to go back to KB to have a look at our house there. It had been years I never went down there except my parents and for me, the look of KB not much different from before. After moved to KL, Melaka then JB, suddenly I noticed how KB was still far far away from civilization. We couldn't believe for 17 years (1990-2007), adapt to the situation and now I realized why some of my relatives suprised how we could stay there longer. I still remember my uncle, Anjang once said to me, "Macam mana ehh, hangpa boleh duk sini, dahla macam-macam tak da kat sini, boleh tahan ker." And I still remember our cousins (for the same age), felt odd to mix around with us, maybe they thought we are no that "modern" on their eyes or etc. However, that doesn't mean I have nothing good experience here, and it's wonderful to be here to learn their culture and other stuffs.
Now back to the topic, we drove on Tuesday evening, reached midnight, and on Thursday morning drove back to Puchong. My parents and Enna clean the garden, me...tukang buat air je lah(hihihi...). We just went to Pasar Khatijah to buy keropok lekor, dinner at Four Season ( totally lousy and tastless...I don't know why not as before). Then for breakfast, some typical Kelantanese food, nasi kerabu, ikan aya, pulut kelapa & etc. On the way back to Puchong, we want to have a stop at Cameron, so long never been there. We didn't go to the top since we arrived almost 6 p.m, so we just bought some honey, mama bought flowers...Unser almost look like a mini lorry with mama flowers from KB, then Cameron flowers. Forgot to mention, along the way to Gua Musang, beli pulak petai, bukan sikit2 mak oii...dalam 150 papan. so, bayangkan la macam mana rupa kete tu yang dah macam hutan rimba.

First reason why we went there was to watch the latest movie Bride Wars (Kate Hudson & Anne Hathaway). We planned for 4.40p.m movie, and once we arrived there...aaahhhh!!... a long queue waiting for us. So, we joined the group, waiting for our turn for almost 15 minutes, arrived at the counter and the ticket counter personnel said "Maaflah dik, tinggal 4 seat je lagi, itupun jauh2". Enna said "Seat kat OKU tu boleh ker?". Reply " Boleh dik, tapi bawak kerusi sendirila." Reply "Mmm...camner izza, nak ker?". I said " Mmmm...takyah la kot, mana syok tengok asing2." Reply " Takpelah bang, thanks." So, that the story goes. Then, apa kitaorang nak buat.......apa lagi, MAKAN!!!
We tight our hunger just for the sake of the movie and the funniest part was while queuing, only two of us munching on our bread (sempat singgah kedai roti jap) with non-stop.
We choosed Arena foodcourt and I ordered Seafood Blackpepper Rice in Wok and Enna ordered for Fried Radish Cake. The taste?....aaahhhh tasteless!
Next, we bought a few groceries at JJ supermarket, then we searched for lovely lace shop since Huda asked to buy on some stuffs. While walking around, we tried many food on individual stores (lepas geram untuk makanan yg tak sedap tadi). We tried kebab at Kebab King, News Fried Rice at myNewscafe, bought Beard Papa chocolate cake fondue, drink fresh juice (cellery+apple), no water and sugar. All were delicious and once fulled, we went home. What else...

Due to the cancellation of going back to JB, both of us decided to spend our time at the above title exclude Huda since she will be hanging around with her college at Zoo Negara. Thank God, I'm not in the mood at all for a heavy shopping (mean on clothes, shoes, makeup, etc...).
We went there, strolling around, start from the Garden where we parked our car. We were so impressed and fascinated with the Garden decor for Chinese New Year (CNY). Pink Sakura flowers! How come I will not fall in love with the colour and the beauty of Sakura. They also added with multiple pinky type of tanglungs and some crystal diamond chain to boost up the sophisticated look.
Now, what shall we do? ...snap pics! Snap as much as possible vogue posed.

We are sisters!!!

Brrr...grrr..owch...our tummy is asking for food. We had sandwiches for breakfast and fried maggie for lunch, but we still hungry coz we really need rice! While walking, many stalls closed due to CNY. So, we decided to give a try at Subway for 6-inch long bun. I never ate there before. We had honey oat bread with smokey turkey and add-on with soft chocolate cookies. Now, from my personal taste bud, hmmm...nothing special but I much prefer to have croissant at Dunkin Donuts. And...the filling was not so tempting...maybe I'll try again at other place... at IOI maybe.
Next, we had SBread which is famous for bread tost. But here they commercialize it and my taste bud said...biasa jer. What caught my eyes was their butter mountain. It's so "marketing" how they tried to attract customers. So far, they had only two branches, here in MidValley and Tesco Tebrau.

Watch closely...the toast bible...we had charcoal bread with chocolate topping and sesame bread with yam and pandan kaya topping...

The look of daging salai, the red thin slice, really delicious...can eat with bread, rice or only itself alone...

Then, we bought two pieces of grilled meat/ daging salai. Ini halal punya ok. Especially during CNY, we always see small stalls on the roadside selling these salai which is non-halal. It's under brand of DDQ grilled meat, and we bought sambal chicken and beef grilled. Forgot to snap pics, just from the internet.

Underworld 18SG, been circled. Enna said "Dia ingat aku ni tak cukup umur ke apa?"

Ok, what next? Alright, we decided to watch movie and the nearest time will be Underworld. Ahh..belasah jer lah. Kaki pun dah sakit jalan dari tadi. The movie storyline went out quite well although I'm not in the category of "darkness" movies fan. It's about a fight between serigala jadian/ lycans and vampire. Then, ada la anak pompuan vampire ni fall in love with lycan ni and she was pregnant (camner ehh rupa anak gabung dua2 sifat?...), bapak dia tahu terus mengamuk and dua-dua kena punishment. So, bila awek dah mati, boypren apalagi, of course la ask for revenge. Tu pasal tajuk dia "The Rise of Lycans". Then...bapak dia tak mati lagi lepas kena tikam ngan lycan. So...thats consider the story will continue...ok tak aku explain..ada paham?

Oklah, before watch movie sempat singgah on one exhibition (kat exhibition center) on pembangunan ekonomi islam...lebih kurang macamtulah. Ada konsert, fashion show and byk lagi. We just wandering around...and terjumpa lak mini note book yang cute with Ana(muslim girl cartoon). Disebabkan terlampau cute, so belilah kan. Susah apa. After the movie, we went home and had our dinner at our home area. Thought of going to Vicchuda, but then Enna suggest to give a try at this place just behind the Vicchuda shop area. I ordered sup ekor (suddenly a few people next to us looking at me...ehh suka hati aku la nak makan apa). Enna had tomyam...the food was delicious and reasonable plus a lot compared to V. Tengah2 makan, ada sekor mamat depan kitaorang dalam 100 meter tengah tenung tak henti2 kat Enna start dari kitaorang makan sampai habis. Gila seks tul! Muka gian semacam jer...nasib baik tak follow we all balik. Kalau tak, memang kitaorg terus ke balai jer. Sial tul...
