Moon River song...

Right now, I totally fall in love with the Moon River song from Breakfast at Tiffany's movie. I watched several times the clip of Audrey singing with the guitar at the window in the Youtube.
There are many versions of Moon River nowdays, but I still heavenly love the way Audrey sang it in the movie. This is the lyric sang by Audrey in the film:

Moon River, wider than a mile,
I'm crossing you in style some day.
Oh, dream maker, you heart breaker,
wherever you're going I'm going your way.
Two drifters off to see the world.
There's such a lot of world to see.
We're after the same rainbow's end--
waiting 'round the bend,
my huckleberry friend,
Moon River and me.

The Late Audrey Hepburn...

The Famous Pose by Audrey in Breakfast at Tiffany's

Why Audrey Hepburn as a sudden topic in my blog? Well, she came across my mind for these few days. I saw her pics frame at SSF in Plentong and just now I read the news that a stamp of her pic went for auctioned. You may read the full article at An Audrey Hepburn Fan Website.

I knew fews info of her from reading on her bibliography, watched her famous movie: Breakfast at Tiffany's, former of UNICEF ambassador and she was a truely Hollywood legendary actress.

But, what caught my eyes actually on her was her style, her innocent and real look of her, the way she speak, what I mean her slang (I watched her interview through Youtube, she could speak Italian, Spanish and Dutch...).

I got this thought of her from one of the website which I googled just now:

"Over the years Audrey Hepburn has been classified as the all time fashion icon. Audrey Hepburn fashion, as I like to call it, has become increasingly popular, especially now that many vintage inspired fashion designers are coming to light. The beautiful and popular actress has inspired many designers and women all over the world. Not only because of her beauty and grace but also because of her amazingly classy sense of style."

Word from Audrey:

“People associate me with a time when movies were pleasant,” Audrey Hepburn once said, “when women wore pretty dresses in films and you heard beautiful music.”

If you look through her pics, I really admire her look, I love to see her eyes, her fashion style and all of her pose. It's true she had her own classic signature on her style. That's why sometimes I heard some girls wanted to pose like Audrey, look like her, Audrey's makeup and so on.

She died in 1993 if I'm not mistaken coz of cancer in the age of 63.

Me and Huda...

I attend this MMU Award 2009, if I'm not wrong on the last weekend after my master class. I was so excited to see sis Enna perform that night, but unfotunately there's a "internal problem" last minute before the event start. Hmmm...no performance from her tonight...really dissapointed. However, since we have paid for the food, so I and Huda sanggup pergi jugak semata-mata nak makan. Rugi beb dah bayar. Luckily the food was nice and I love the hall decor, macam ada orang nak kahwin lak.
I have nothing much to say on the event since it was not my event, but I do hope once, one of the club win any trophy, everyone in the hall will gave their support and big applause together. That we call work in a team. Whatever, congratulations to everyone!!!
