Ikan Masak Lemak Cili Padi Tumis


New Recipe!! Actually its not new, just modify the method of cooking. Usually, my mom will only boil the ingredients on the heat, thats it. But I thought of "tumis" bahan-bahan kisar/ tumbuk and then pour the coconut milk. I also add some new ingredients to the taste and I feel that this taste is much more better compare to the old one. Have a try!!!

Ingredient A (To blend or "tumbuk lumat")
Cili Padi
Cili Kering
Bawang Merah, Putih
Halia
Lengkuas
Kunyit hidup (serbuk pun boleh)

Ingredient B
Fish
Serai (titik)
Daun limau purut
Asam Keping
Coconut milk
Salt and Sugar
Oil (1 spoonfull)

Methods:
1. Tumis or stir fry the ingredient A in oil till fragrant.
2. Then put in the serai, coconut milk. Stir for 5 minutes-non stop.
3. Then put in the fish, if its a bit dry put little by little the amount of plain water.
4. Add asam keping, daun limau purut, and salt and sugar to taste.
5. This is additional, you can put in belimbing buluh, kacang panjang, kacang bendi, terung and daun kunyit.
6. Nice to be eaten with white rice.
