Huda ask me to make Cucur Bilis. Macam biasa dan pernah makan kan? Tapi, yang Precious Version mesti kena lain sikit. This is my own creation fritters which I love to make it especially time geladah barang dapur utk habis stok. These are the ingredients that I found in my Puchong kitchen. Hope you like it!!!
Anchovies Fritters
Ingredients:
1 small cup of anchovies
2 medium red onions - slice half thinly
One egg
3 cups of flour
1 small cup of rice flour
Left-over bread
2 medium potatoes - small dice
2 teaspoon of fish sauce
1 small cup fresh milk
Water
Pinch of pepper
Salt
If you have spring onion, just add.
1 small cup of anchovies

Methods:
1. Put anchovies, onions, potatoes, all flours and egg in a bowl.
2. Mix it, then pour in fresh milk. Add water to it and make sure the mixture not to thick and not too liquid.
3. Add fish sauce, pepper & salt. Careful with the amount of salt coz fish sauce is already salty.
4. Then, tear the bread into the mixture. The bread will make your fritters fluffy.
5. Mix and by using spoon, press the mixture in the bowl to boost out the flavour.
6. Heat the oil, scoop with spoon (repeat the process) into the hot oil and fried till golden brown.
7. Nice to serve with mayo and chilli sauce. Enjoy!!!

Fried Maggie
Next, my dinner with Huda is Fried Maggie. Macam biasa jugak.
I used Curry Maggie that I found in my kitchen, dried chilli blend, soy ketchup, onions & a few cut of chicken meat.
Simply saute the onion, maggie curry powder and chilli blend.
Next, put the meat and ketchup. Don't put too much ketchup, just for colouring.
Then boil the maggie, drain it and mix in the mixture.
Fried it for few minutes, off the heat and served.
If you are hot & spicy addicted, cut few small hot chillis and saute together with onion.
