Enna's song recording and buka puasa at Bubba Gump...

Last Saturday, Huda and I accompanied Enna for her first pre-record song at one recording studio in Sg. Buloh. She will be recording probably around 5 songs for the RTM and her first song on that day was "Hujan Memori". Quite a long story how she involved on all this thing, but this was the first time I saw her inside the recording room and she was quite nervous. In order to release an album at least she need to record 5 songs and these songs were written by this cute Shazreen, the daughter of the owner of the studio. She had a great voice, very talent in writing lyrics and melody arrangement but she refused to be a singer. So, that's the reason why she choose Enna and how she knew Enna, coz during her sister's convocation, her father heard Enna's voice and he interested to give Enna a chance to record several songs at his studio.
I learnt several new stuff sthere while hearing their conversation on music arrangement for Hujan Memori, such as not complete yet still in the base process, need to add other instrument to the song and much more. Since it was her first time, many or plenty of errors need to be overlook such as her pitching, control on the voice, feel to the song and etc. Hmm...bukan senang rupanya nak record lagu. Memang penat budak tu dari kul 3p.m - 5p.m nyanyi tak henti-henti.

Mendengar arahan dari musician...

Sempat posing before record...(ganbar diambil oleh Enna's PA)

Next, we rushed to Sunway Pyramid for berbuka. First, we planned to join Huda's friends at Thai Thai, but then we changed our mind to give a try at Bubba Gump. This restaurant served main dish more on shrimp. For the shrimp lover, this is the place where you should go. Tapi, tak bolehlah selalu, kopak duit kawe...huhuhu.

Due to our first time, we didn't know some of the BG rules there. Such as, they placed two signboard, BLUE: Run Forrest Run (the waiter will not going to disturb you, so you will be comfortable to choose the food, or etc.) RED: Stop Forrest Stop (the waiter will immediately assist you for any ordering, or etc.)Hmm...very interesting...

We ordered three main courses, one dessert and three bottomless ice lemon tea.

The shrimps were simply delicious and tempting. What else could I say...

Ping pong racket pun boleh jadi menu (menu tambahan untuk beverages), and dalam tin baldi tu ada macam-macam jenis sos, tissue roll and wet tissue pun ada...

Yang ni memang best...5/5 stars...ada mash potatoe dicucuk dengan string crackers, fish, prawn and with thick gravy...

Yang ni 3/5...prawn with crab ball and rice...kureng sikit...next time tak order dah

Yang cone tu memang best, ada 4 flavours of prawns (cold, tempura, coconut tempura and satu lagi dah lupa...served with fries (tak nampak bahagian bawah) and three sauces...

Strawberry shortcake...yang ni memang kesilapan kitaorang paling besar...memang harapkan rupa je cantik, rasa hampeh tak sedap langsung...patutla orang lain order chocolate dessert jer...

Bergambar sebelum pulang, penguin kuning jadi mangsa...

Enna, Huda and Sweet Teddy..

Yang mana satu paling best dijadikan lauk...yum yum

Panjang tul lukisan pencil atas canvas..ni just part of it...

And...sebahagian lagi...

This is cocktail pudding which I made yesterday for berbuka at home. Very easy and used only simple ingredients such as custard, cocktail tin, sugar, milk and water. Here is the recipe:

Cocktail Pudding

Pudding

1 cup of custard powder
5 cups of water
1 table spoon of sugar

Mix well in a pot, place on the stove, continue mix till it becomes thicker and put into the mould.

Gravy

1 tin of evaporated milk
1 large tin of cocktail
1/2 cup of water
4 table spoon of sugar
1 tea spoon of essence vanilla
1 tea spoon of custard powder

Mix well in a pot. Place on the stove, continue mix just to dissolve the sugar. Jangan lama-lama sgt, nanti susu jadi berkeladak macam kitaorang punya..huhuhu....

How to eat

Place the custard pudding into a bowl, pour the gravy and eat. Nice to be served cold.
