Enna, Shima and Safirin
Congrats to all the winners for BIBH 2010! We were so excited that Enna won the second runner up, haihhh berbaloi penat lelah aku ngan Huda menjalankan kerja-kerja last minute untuk menata rias budak tuh. All contestants needed to sing two songs. All winner and first runner up from various zones, compete with each other to grab the winner title for the final tour of ABPBH 2009. The first place went to Shima, cute betul orangnyer. Her lucky song was Sangkar Emas by Endang S Taurina and Kau Tetap Dalam Anganku by Azie and she was also the winner at Johor zone with Enna at the second place which held at Angsana. Abang Safirin from Perak zone won the first runner up for this final BIBH held at Klang Parade. He sang Laila Namamu Teratas by Search and Mungkin by Anuar Zain, memang best betul suara abang nih! Boleh tarik suara part chorus tinggi. Enna sang Memory by Barbara Streisand and Kehilangan by Christina...
Kat hotel...
On Saturday, me, Huda and Enna checked in at the Prescott Hotel provided by BH right after the rehearsal that night. From morning, we went to SACC Mall and PKNS to search for Enna's shoes and where to alter her dress. Bila buat kerja last minute, memang pening kepala dibuatnya. We were terribly exhausted, but I still had work to be done...mama and abah arrived around 2 p.m at the hotel from JB. Last minute, I just cross my finger to alter Enna's dress. Since the dress was to long for her, so I tried my best carefully and neatly stitching her dress. Uhhh...ngantoknyer...
We needed to get ready by 10 a.m (Sunday) for the registration. The BH was so punctual and we needed to plan our time wisely to dress her up, put on the makeup and so on. This was the final look of her before heading to Klang Parade. Enna's head decor inspired by Huda.
On Friday night, we went to Alamanda and found this Turkish boutique selling various type of scarfs and hijabs. Memang senang betul nak siapkan bahagian kepala, coz anak tudung memang dah siap ada clip some kind to stretch it. We made a different by moving the stretching part ke tepi, so nampak macam Enna sepit rambut kat bahagian tepi.
Then last minute jugak, cari tudung kelabu, layah kat belakang kepala tuh, kat Jalan TAR on Saturday evening. At that time, Enna tengah rehearsal kat Klang and I need to be with her, so Huda went there semta-mata nak cari layah tuh. Huda and I had an agreement whereby she need to settle Enna's head in whatever way and I will be in-charged on Enna's dress and makeup. She bought at the Turkish boutique the second branch just opposite Sogo coz kat Alamanda tak ada layah yang berkenan di hati. Nasib baik jumpa akhirnya...and to cover her neck Huda bought the half dress black turtle neck at the same place.
For the makeup, I just tried my best to make her look nice and beautiful. For the face, I asked Enna to apply foundation and compact powder. For the eyes, I only use mixture of various grey and black palettes, with black eye liner. Few red and pinkish palettes for her blusher and pink glossy lip. Then, I trim her eyebrows a little bit. The dramatic part was her fake eyelashes. That completed the whole look. We did had difficulties to apply that on as first time Enna pakai bulu mata palsu. Nasib baik, akhirnya lekat dan kekal sehingga habis majlis. Fuhh...
From top to bottom...the dress from one of the boutique at Mines with the grey inner. We bought them on Friday. Dari Melaka terus singgah kejap cari baju. Luckily we found a dress to wear. Once I asked Enna to try it, the dress look so amazing on her and match with her skin colour. I like the simplicity of the dress, the pyramid beads work on the chest and stretching look at the side of the dress. The colur was so soft, very flair and was really suitable with the songs to be performed. Can you you see the stitch? I asked Enna to wear her shoes, sorry tak nampak pulak shoes yang last minute beli kat Klang Parade before rehearsal. Then, I measured the length carefully. So, this was the end result...she was ready for her competition...
The competition started at 11 a.m. Along, Raja Lawak was the host. Judges were Hattan, Kak Cham (BH), Ramli MS and Firdaus (BH). I guess she had able to overcome her nerves, her biggest weakness on stage. Only Hattan made the comments. He liked the second song, Kehilangan and of course she needed to improve a lot on her singing...
Abah, Huda, Enna and Mama...nasib baik dapat jugak bawak trophy crystal tuh. Aku memang dah warning Enna awal-awal, tak kisahlah kau dapat nombor berapa, yang penting aku nak torphy crystal tuh. Hihihi...
