Simple Butter Bread Pudding...

Caramelize the white sugar (around 5 tablespoons) with some water...
Pour into the mould and spread around...
Arrange bread slices...
Mix 4-5 eggs, sugar 4-5 tablespoons, a drop of vanilla essence, pinch of salt...then add 500ml of fresh milk and few little cuts of butter...
There's my milk custard ready to be poured onto the bread...
At this moment, preheat your oven around 160-170 degree celcius and let the milk absorb for a few minutes into the bread...you may add raisins as extras...
Baked for 30 minutes...
I prefer my pudding while still hot and pour some fresh milk on it...yumyum...
