Now, where should I start first? Hmmm...perhaps the starting point of our journey from KLIA. We arrived 2 hours from departure time to checked-in (for international flight). Checked-in all 7 luggage, posing with the counter lady and mingling around few minutes here and there around the airport, makan-makan, went to money exchange, went to toilet sampai all the girls last-last kena marah ngan abah sebab lama sangat dalam toilet, tinggal half an hour to board!
From left: Kamal, Enna, Counter Lady, Mama, Boboy and Abah...time to check-in
We've planned this trip for so long, since February. Sadly, Shazzy could not join us due to his exam. Waaa...jangan nangis ok, this September kita bakal "bertrip" lagi! Oucchh...! Secret!
Since it was school holiday (only for Mama and Boboy), yang lain-lain terpaksa korbankan cuti for the sake of this family trip. We were so excited for this trip coz dah lama tak cuti jauh-jauh sikit in one family. And, semua pun dah besar-besar sikit, so the trip quite relaxing, exciting, mama tak payah nak jaga budak-budak kecik lagi, and truly enjoyable!
Me with two heroes...yang menghidupkan lagi percutian kali ini dengan aksi-aksi mereka yang pelik...
Abah booked the flight under MAS during the MATTA Fair. I was not so sure where he got the info, but I guessed it was from the newspaper coz Abah memang akan beli and baca paper everyday, bukan cam anak dia baca online jer...heh;).
The flight was so cheap, plus travel with MAS, and if I was not wrong overall prices (return ticket) were around RM3,000 +/- for 7 adults.

Our luggage to Bali...wait till you see the return back luggage!
If travel with MAS meant checked-in at KLIA. So, much more convenience, spacious dan tak rasa panas semacam jer macam kat LCCT. Hee...:) - (Muka-muka riak dapat naik MAS)
My boarding pass...haihh apasal tempat nak landing tuh namanya Denpasar...penat-penat naik flight pergi pasar ker...huh.
We went for 5 days (14/6/10 - 18/6/10). Well, not sure what to expect since it was the first time we've been there. Wish everything went on smoothly and had a great fun.
My meal, chicken bryani, orange juice, a slice of fruit cake and ferrero rocher choco! Ada yang ambik fish curry meal. Rasanya abah kot.
Nope, not only that. For 3 hours flight, I thought that's it, some drinks and a meal. Few minutes lepas kenyang makan nasi bryani, stewardess datang bawak ice-cream, woohh..beshnyer...Haagen Dazz tuh! (Muka-muka bangga first time dapat makan Haagen Dazz). Memang kenyang bulatlah atas plane, dahlah dah makan nasi kat airport food court, memang tak gerak dah daripada kerusi, mampos kekenyangan!
One of my favourite pic..
Huda screamed excitingly, "Yeayy...kita dah sampai, yeayy, yeayy!"
It was a sunny and bright day...alhamdulillah sampai dengan selamatnya. Into the Kuta's airport, haihh...nih tak besh nih, panjanglah pulak quenyer. Eeee...lembap tul! Daripada happy terus hangin kitaorang coz almost one hour queing to pass the immigration line.
Ooppss...lupa lak satu lagi cerita time dalam plane. Ada satu scene dalam flight, Me and Huda terpaku melihat jejaka mat saleh yang punyalah handsome dalam flight. Sweet tul, kitaorang siap nak adjust2kan untuk Mek Na. Ingatkan sorang jer, turun dari plane, tengah queing...Huda menjerit kecil, lalu seraya berkata, "Za, ado soghe lagilah abe dio, smart jugok, tinggi sesuai dengan mung!" Huahuahua! Geli perut aku, apa yang aku tulis nih! Entahlah mana satu abang dia, sebab crowded sikit kat airport tuh. Then Huda ngan gatalnya suruh aku tengok kat pintu toilet laki sebab dia nampak abang dia masuk toilet. Hahh..dah takde kerja, tulah kerja kitaorang bila dah bosan sangat que lama-lama. Enna pun sambung pulak ayat gatal dia, "Aku tengok lelaki tu (yang sweet tu), jenis malu-malu, jenis tak suka tengok muka pompuan lama-lama, charming gitu." Huhuhu... Memang dah tahap minda tak stabil time nih, nasib baik tak pengsan.
Well, the authority need to do something with the airport condition. The process took so long and the place was damn hot, argghh...tak tahan nak sampai bilik cepat-cepat.

Looked like an arch, maybe.. most of the places have these kind of structures. Either temples, houses or any kind of buildings. This pic was taken at the airport on the way to arrival path. So, no where to escape outside of the building.
In the bluebird cab, yeah..the welcoming sign...that's Abah's face...
We took two cabs and paid Rp 50,000 each (At this time, our exchange currency RM1 = Rp 2,670). One cab (Enna, Huda, Kamal and Boboy). Another cab (Abah, Mama and Me).
Our hotel was so near to the Kuta's beach. Yeap...this was Kuta's area and the main attraction with tones of activities could be seen at Kuta. The beach, shops, hotels, food could be seen along the way to the beach.
The driver told us most of the tourists were Australians and at that time was their school holiday as well. Nothing to surprise tho.

My sweet mama in front of our hotel sign...Hotel Bakung Sari...
Abah crossed his fingers when he choose this hotel as we didn't know what to expect on the condition of the hotel, the location and many more. This was a 3 star hotel, yup quite worried for the first time, buat Abah said through his search, he found that the hotel location was near to many muslim's resaturant, took only 10 minutes walk to the beach and so on.
Along the way to the hotel pun dah macam scary semacam. All the road was so narrow, kusam semacam jer, nampak banyak temple jer, hahhh...dah nampak dah babi guling pun ada...haihh.
Then, we arrived at the hotel entrance, huh...dah macam hotel zaman pemerintahan majapahit ke apa. Betul ke hotel nih, cam seram sejuk je nak masuk. Lebih-lebih lagi time tu pun dah senja-senja, nampak mendung semacam je hotel tu.

Huda and Mama at the entrance to the hotel room.
Woww..not bad...my negative expression faded immediately once we entered the pathway to our room. So greenery, full of flowers everywhere and lovely scene on swimming pool area. We booked 3 rooms. One for our lovely parents, for the girls and for the boys. They charged us 3 rooms total for RM400 per night inclusive breakfast. Kira terus bagi harga lump sum gitu. So, for 4 nights we spend around RM1,600 only for 3 rooms.
Me and Mama at the hotel main entrance...
As we were truly exhausted for the day, we unpacked, refresh ourselves and relaxing for the whole evening. At night, we had a walk to the nearest supermarket (Supernova nama dia) to buy some mineral water (takut cherry berry kat sana) and other stuffs.
That's our journey of the day. Wait for the second day activities!
